Consortium PSYCHIATRICUM — now in Q2

Scopus has updated its annual journal metrics 

Consortium PSYCHIATRICUM has entered the second quartile (Q2) in Scopus. All key journal metrics have also increased.

1. Quartiles
In Scopus, the journal has moved into Q2 in two categories:
• Medicine: Public Health, Environmental and Occupational Health — Q2 (52nd percentile)
• Psychology: Clinical Psychology — Q2 (54th percentile)

In Medicine: Psychiatry and Mental Health, the journal remains in Q3 (36th percentile).

2. CiteScore
The 2025 CiteScore has risen to 2.9 (up from 1.9 in 2024).
In other words, articles published between 2022–2025 have been cited 53% more often than those published between 2021–2024.
CiteScore is updated once a year and reflects the average number of citations per document published in a given journal.

3. SJR (SCImago Journal Rank)
The SJR indicator has increased to 0.455 (up from 0.333 in 2024).
SJR takes into account not just raw citation counts, but the "prestige" (scientific weight) of the journals where Consortium PSYCHIATRICUM articles have been cited.
Currently, over 70% of citations to the journal come from Q1 journals in Scopus and Web of Science.

4. SJR journal rankings
Consortium PSYCHIATRICUM ranks first among Russian journals in the SJR rankings for the following categories: Medicine: Public Health, Environmental and Occupational Health; Medicine: Psychiatry and Mental Health; and Psychology: Clinical Psychology.
Among all Russian medical journals, our journal holds 2nd place.

In the SJR rankings, we have also entered the Top 5 journals in Eastern Europe:
• 2nd place — in Medicine: Public and Environmental Health
• 4th place — in Medicine: Psychiatry and Mental Health
• 5th place — in Psychology: Clinical Psychology
