Speaking about mental health problems is normal.
Sharing on psychiatric health issues with friends and family is normal.
What is not normal is hiding such problems, being ashamed of the diagnosis, and putting off going to the psychiatrist.

Today, on World Mental Health Day we would like to remind our readers that everybody has a right to professional mental healthcare.
Healthcare services are widespread with telepsychiatry being actively put into medical practice, however it wasn’t always this way.
